Frequently asked questions
Please report to the harbour master's office 15 minutes before departure. We will not be able to refund tickets in the event of late arrival.
In the event of an orange weather alert, we will be forced to cancel and postpone the departure. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, the boat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Tickets are available online, subject to the schedule and remaining availability. You can view and book your places via the booking link provided.
It is recommended to bring weather-appropriate clothing and to follow the safety instructions provided by the crew.
